ART / Commission ToS

  • DO NOT use my artwork for NFTs or any other commercial use (excluding pre-approved commission)

  • DO NOT use my art for AI learning or similar processing

  • DO NOT trace or modify my art

  • Please credit my nickname or add link my social media if you want to repost my art to other sites

Character / Adoptable ToS

  • You can make small changes to the design after buying it

  • If you wish to use the design commercially, discuss it with me (unless the auction allows it in advance)

  • You can trade, gift or resell the design but please don't sell for a higher price than you initially purchased from me

  • You can repost the original art (it would be very grateful if you credit my name)

  • DO NOT claim the design as something you've made

  • DO NOT use my designs as NFT or AI

Payment Info & Plans

  • Please have payment ready before claiming or bidding on an adopt or commission (I only take holds until few days)
